One more piece belonging to “the Machines that Leonardo forgot to build” series. Its title derives from the well-known magic formula "Wingardium Leviosa", one of the first spells young wizards and witches learn at Hogwarts School: these words make objects fly. As in this work: the human brain, very light, is able to lift a block of wood ten times heavier.
